NACM Connect Virtual 5k Walk or Run Challenge

• $25 minimum to Enter
• Walk or run in your own neighborhood or on a treadmill
  Evidence of time must be submitted, for example by a screenshot of the counter on your cell phone.
• Best run time gets a prize
• Best walk time gets a prize
• Highest donor gets a prize
• Raffle prizes – all contestants will be entered to win
• Donate $50 or more and get a T-shirt
