As most states (and Canada) have eased or eliminated the restrictions on credit card surcharging, many trade creditors have implemented a strategy to recover these costs. Implementing such a surcharge strategy raises many questions not only for the credit team, but also for the sales and executive management teams.

This presentation will discuss the following questions and more.

2) How can I implement surcharging in light of the
numerous Credit Card Network Rules & States Laws?

implement surcharging or not?

This presentation will answer these and many more surcharge questions using examples of those who have considered and successfully implemented a surcharge strategy to significantly reduce their credit card processing costs.

Unlike traditional credit groups, the NACM Connect Indiana Best Practices Discussion Group is not industry-specific. Your entire company may attend each meeting including your associates, members of the credit department, and even the CEO of your organization.
