As most states (and Canada) have eased or eliminated the restrictions on credit card surcharging, many trade creditors have implemented a strategy to recover these costs. Implementing such a surcharge strategy raises many questions not only for the credit team, but also for the sales and executive management teams.

This presentation will discuss the following questions.

1) Do the credit card network surcharge rules and states’ laws allow me to surcharge?

2) How can I implement surcharging in light of the
numerous credit card network rules & states laws?

3) How do I reduce my processing fees whether surcharging is implemented or not?
