Biography: Terri Eggebeen brings 35-plus years of service within the Credit and
Collections profession. This successful journey began in consumer credit and
continued for 10 years. Her success earned an elevated position within the
corporate credit environment, where, for 24 years, Terri demonstrated professional
growth by delivering company results directly impacting the profitability of the
organization. Fechheimer, located in Cincinnati, OH, has benefited from Terri’s
services for the prior 10 years, where she has thrived as Credit Manager overseeing the
Credit and Collections team.

Terri became fully immersed with NACM Connect in 2017 when she started hosting
and moderating round table meetings as well as teaching the Credit 101, 102 and
103 classes in-person and virtual. She was recently named the 2026/27 NACM
Connect Education Chair for the Great Lakes Region, where she has worked
closely with Bob Rabe, scheduling and planning the regional meetings and annual
conferences. In her spare time, Terri enjoys traveling with her husband, Shawn, riding her Harley
Davidson, and playing with her 2 pit bull babies, Zeus, and Miss. Millie.
